The Second Step is a period of Personal Growth. This is a customized program based on the Individual’s Plan. For some it may be a Residential Program, a Day Program, or a combination of both. Some Individuals may spend part of their days at the local Public Schools or Vocational Schools. Others will utilize the in-house Education Programs, which includes both academic and vocational training. We will promote safety of youth in a least restrictive, therapeutic environment by providing opportunities to increase pro-social behaviors among youths while planning for their successful integration back into their communities. When a youth leaves this Program, He would have his training, his GED, and should be either go on to work or on to additional training. This Second Step can include: |

| ☺ Residential Dormitory, which includes food, shelter and support staffing. | |||
| ☺ The Unified Approach; Behavior Modification, Treatment, and Education. | |||
| ☺ Using Experiential Education in a non-classroom environment or | |||
| ☺ Additional Education in a classroom environment. | |||
| ☺ Provide Vocational Training in various Trades (Woodworking / Carpentry / Painting, Plumbing, Mechanical, Welding, Marine Skills, etc.). |
